Cute Card Thursday 151 - Hearts and Flowers

I hope you have had a great week so far!

There are just four more days until Valentine's Day, so at Cute Card Thursday, we are celebrating with a challenge of "Hearts and Flowers."

You can find the following items at 7 Kids College Fund

I really love creating scenes with distress ink. I tried to imitate the beautiful paper (Once Upon A Time from DCWV). I like the blend of colors and the feel of sunset. I blended blues and purples for her dress and for the background. The blending gives a feel of real material as material tends to reflect different colors.

I blended purples and blues with my Copics Airbrush System and Stickles to create some really gorgeous roses.

I finished it off with some hearts, branches, pearls and a twist on some fibers.

With Valentine's Day coming, love is in the air in the challenge world. I am entering this card in the following challenges...

Make It Colourful - Blend Blue and Purple
Magnolia Stamp Lovers - Glitter (Stickles on the flowers)
A Spoon Full of Sugar - Let's See Some Love

Our sponsor this week is Simon Says Stamp. Visit Cute Card Thursday's site for more information.
