Cute Card Thursday - Sketch

Happy Thursday!

Can you believe fall is upon us already. I love this time of year. Canning peaches and applesauce, cooler days, ahhh!

At Cute Card Thursday this week, we have a sketch challenge for you. Here is the beautiful sketch created by Mindy...


...and here is my card...


Paper: Tracy Porter (Colorbok)
Accessories:: Flowers, Liquid Pearls, Pearls, Stickles, lace, doily, Misc floral finds, paint dauber


Tilda is painted with distress ink. I have been asked how I paint the ground. Honestly, it is a mish-mash of distress inks combined to create the feel of the ground, with some detailed grass patches. Perhaps someday I will have the time to prepare a tutorial for you all.


Here are some of the floral finds mixed with some flowers.

    Beautiful card, Julie, stuning colors. I ove this DP with the little flowersl Your clusters are totally awesome, I especially love the "element a the bottom, the one with all the little seeds" so sorry.. I can't find proper words. But I dooooo love these so much. You decorated Tilda's image so nicely, those little pearls around her, sooooo cute.
