Sugar Creek Hollow - Inside Out

I am sad to say that this will be my last challenge with the Sugar Creek Hollow design team. My day job is going through many changes at this time and I am needing to scale back some of my extracurricular activities.

For the challenge this week, we are asking you to decorate the inside of the card as well as the outside. Here is my card...

Stamps: Ladies "Frock" Together (Sugar Creek Hollow)
Paper: Garden Party (DCWV)
Ink: Copics
Accessories: Ribbon,  Flowers, Branch Punch, Copics Airbrush System

I paper pieced the dress, added lace and ribbons to the bottom to make it really frilly.

I used my  Copics Airbrush System with E41 and added just a hint of color to the roses to blend with the ribbons.

The primary decoration on the inside of the card is the beautiful glittered paper. I added a ribbon, sentiment and pearls to make it extra special.

I included a lovely verse as this will go to one of the speakers at our upcoming retreat.

I used the sketch from the Midnight Madness Challenge.

Thanks for stopping by today!

How beautiful! I love all of the little bows along the bottom. Your hanger looks so realistic! The inside is just as pretty. Love the hummingbird paper. I'm so sorry to hear you're leaving SCH. We'll miss you terribly. Good luck with everything you have going on.

Oh Julie, I am going to miss you terribly. Your work is so inspiring - I see something new and interesting in every one of your gorgeous cards and this one is no exception. It is so beautiful with the colors and the ribbons and bows. So rich and regal looking. You have such great talent and it's been such a pleasure to be side by side with you on the DT. I'll be popping in to stay in touch - please do the same!
All the best and hugs to you,

How beautiful. This card reminds me of a lovely ice blue satin dress I wore for a spring concert when I was in high school. It had self-fabric bows all along the hem of the full-length skirt. How I loved that dress. I must get this stamp. Your card is beautiful, as is the color combination.
