Here is my interpretation of the sketch.

Paper: Joy's Soft Collection (Hot Off the Press)
Accessories: Cricut Script, Prima Flowers, Stickles, Pearls, sewing machine, MS fence border punch, MS branch punch, Sizzix Flower and Vines #2
I added Stickles to the swirls and sentiment.
